    Welcome to My Website

    I have been in the real estate business since 1988. I started my career in real estate in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties. I have worked with developers on new construction subdivisions and selling new construction homes to buyers. Currently I work with buyers and sellers in the Tri- County area - El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties.
    I've been married to my husband Bob, a retired Real Estate agent, for 34 years. We have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. We've lived in El Dorado Hills since 2003. Bob and I are actively involved in the community and participate in the El Dorado Hills Newcomers Club and the Assistance League of Sierra Foothills.
    I'm also a current member of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors along with being a Certified Distressed Property Expert & Certified Negotiation Expert.
    I specialize in the resale of single family homes, investment properties, townhouses/condos, and land.
